Marlene Pena has been a vital member of our team since 2001. As the administrative
assistant Marlene sees to the day-to-day operations and handles just about
every task that relates to the non-legal operations of the office.
Born in the Dominican Republic in 1983 she grew up primarily in New York
City until moving to Florida in high school. Being fluent in Spanish and
English Marlene naturally plays a vital role with our Spanish speaking clientele.
Marlene’s background in the area of law began in the areas of immigration
and personal injury with the occasional criminal matter. Upon joining the
law firm of Robin Fuson P.A. she focused strictly in the area of criminal
defense. Marlene is also a notary republic
Marlene has an understanding of the traffic system in Hillsborough county
from the issuance of a citation to the court room procedures and all stages
in between that makes her a major asset in dealing with the countless cases
involving traffic infractions, driver license problems, and criminal traffic
matters.
Putting a face on our business and taking care of all the details, day
in and day out, weekends and late night if needed. Marlene’s role
with the firm is invaluable.
