John S. Castro graduated from Florida State University with Honors in 2001 with a B.S. in Psychology and the University of Florida College of Law in 2004.

Mr. Castro was born in Memphis, Tennessee. His family relocated to Tampa in 1991 after a five year stay in Irvine, California. Mr. Castro attended St. Lawrence Elementary School and Tampa Catholic High School where he played three varsity sports, graduated with honors, and was elected senior class president. Mr. Castro accepted an academic scholarship to Florida State University. He graduated with honors, in three years, while working as a substitute teacher for Leon County Schools. In 2002, Mr. Castro enrolled at the University of Florida College of Law where he continued to excel both inside and outside of the classroom which included a semester abroad in Montpellier, France.

Mr. Castro began his legal career with Bell, Leeper, and Roper P.A. in Orlando. Mr. Castro represented litigants, in both State and Federal Court, on matters of civil liability, personal injury, insurance defense, and wrongful death. Family matters brought Mr. Castro back to Tampa where he accepted a position with the Office of the State Attorney in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Florida. Mr. Castro quickly rose through the ranks gaining a reputation for his hard work and excellent trial skills.

In 2008, Mr. Castro took his legal experience to the private sector and teamed up with Robin Fuson. Together, Mr. Fuson and Mr. Castro offer clients a combination of drive, experience, and competent legal advice. Both Mr. Castro and Mr. Fuson employ a hands on approach, and encourage clients to maintain contact through their personal cell phone.

Mr. Castro is licensed to practice law in all Florida State and County Courts, as well as Federal Matters in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
