Robin F. Fuson graduated from the University of South Florida in 1990 with a B.S. in Criminology and the Stetson University College of Law in 1993. Born on July 22, 1958, Mr. Fuson is a Florida native and a life long resident of Hillsborough County. He is married with two daughters. After thirteen years in professional baseball, with Oakland, Cleveland, Boston and Seattle, Mr., Fuson began his 13 year legal career with the Office of the State Attorney in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Florida. Rising to a Chief’s position, in charge of several areas of criminal law, he prosecuted First Degree Murder, RICO, Trafficking, Kidnapping, Organized Crime, DUI, Assault and Battery as well as a host of other offense, compiling over 100 jury trials to his credit. Mr. Fuson has handled criminal case numbering in the thousands.
In 2001, Mr. Fuson took his legal experience to the private sector and represents clients in all areas of criminal defense. His hands on approach allows clients access to his personal cell phone so that the client never has to worry about not reaching their attorney personally. Mr. Fuson is licensed to practice law in all Florida State and County Courts as well as Federal matters in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. |
